So since we’d just finished our first album, and our album release gig, and had taken off work on Friday – I decided to go cook 9 pounds of Flank Steak. Since not all the band & album personel ended up showing up, i was worried i’d be stuffing my face with steak for the next few days, which would be declious for my mouth, but not my stomach. Luckily, the 2 days of marination made the steak so damn good, it all got eaten. The only thing that ruined my tummy the next day was a gallon of winebeerliqour. CHEERS!
